Fencing/Groundworks Contracts Manager Kent (covering sites across the region) £45,000 - £50,000 (plus package) gap construction is immensely proud to be working with our longstanding client, a well-established Essex-based subcontractor who specialise in fencing and landscaping. Due to an experientially increasing demand, they're now looking for a confident Contracts Manager to take ownership of ongoing and upcoming projects across Kent. Performance Objectives: Oversee delivery of fencing and landscaping works across multiple sites Manage subcontractor teams and ensure work is delivered on time and to spec Liaise closely with clients, the Commercial Director, and MD Maintain quality, safety, and cost control throughout project lifecycle Person Specification: Proven experience delivering fencing and/or landscaping packages in a construction environment The ability to manage several projects at once with minimal supervision Excellent organisation and communication skills Confidence in handling both operational and client-facing responsibilities Desirable: Groundworks/civils background, SMSTS qualification, and familiarity with Kent-based projects Apply Please apply through our website or get in touch with James at gap construction.
