Director of Cyber Security – Associate Partner Level London (Hybrid) Up to £190,000 substantial bonus & exec package Executive Consulting | Cyber Resilience | Practice Leadership We’re hiring a Director of Cyber Security for a high-growth consulting firm that’s redefining the way critical infrastructure, cloud, and cyber resilience are delivered at scale. This is a senior leadership opportunity for someone who blends deep technical credibility with sharp commercial instinct —someone ready to shape a practice, influence C-level strategy, and lead major programmes across resilience, DORA, IAM, and AI risk. What you’ll be doing: Leading and scaling a cyber security consulting practice with clear growth targets Driving strategy, sales and delivery across sectors—especially regulated environments (FS, telco, energy) Advising clients on cyber resilience, DORA compliance, IAM, AI governance, and next-gen threats Acting as the trusted voice in the room—whether in bid work, boardroom conversations, or technical architecture sessions Shaping go-to-market strategy alongside consulting, sales and alliance teams Mentoring and growing a diverse, high-performing consulting team What we’re looking for: Executive-level cyber leader with a consulting background (Big 4, SI, or strategic boutique) Strong technical foundation in cyber security, now focused on leadership and influence Proven experience in resilience, identity, DORA, cloud and emerging tech (AI, data risk) Track record of practice growth, sales contribution, and team development Gravitas with clients and regulators alike—credible in the boardroom and hands-on enough to support delivery when needed Why this role?
