This is a Senior Manager opportunity for someone with a proven consulting background, deep MOD experience, and a track record of leading enterprise-scale transformation programmes. You’ll bring insight, analytical rigour, and delivery expertise to some of the UK’s most complex and sensitive programmes. What you’ll be doing: Leading multi-year defence transformation projects—across strategy, TOM design, investment decision support, and performance improvement Working directly with MOD clients to solve critical operational and organisational challenges Structuring robust, technology-enabled solutions grounded in qualitative and quantitative analysis Acting as a key interface with senior MOD stakeholders, building trusted relationships and driving strategic outcomes Contributing to thought leadership, market propositions, and growth of the Defence practice Leading teams of consultants, subcontractors, and MOD personnel across varied programmes ✅ What you’ll bring: Extensive experience in a top-tier consulting firm or equivalent environment Proven delivery across complex Defence programmes, ideally involving: Operating Model design Enterprise strategy Strategic cost transformation Business case development or investment support Deep understanding of UK Defence structures, governance, and programme delivery frameworks Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure to deliver strategic results Credibility with senior MOD and government stakeholders Eligible for SC clearance (DV desirable) Why this team?
