Due to sustained growth and a strong pipeline, they are now seeking a skilled Building Services Manager to join their experienced team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a company with a stable reputation, supportive culture, and a forward-thinking approach to M&E coordination and delivery. The Role As Building Services Manager , you’ll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of M&E services across multiple live projects—from pre-construction support and design coordination through to installation , commissioning , and handover . You’ll work closely with project managers, site teams, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure building services are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards—across a variety of projects in sectors such as commercial , education , healthcare , and residential . ✅ Ideal Candidate Profile Strong background in M&E / building services coordination Experience working for a main contractor or large M&E subcontractor Able to manage multiple stakeholders and subcontractor interfaces Comfortable supporting both pre-construction and live project stages Ideally experienced with projects £5m–£30m in value Based in or commutable to Bristol / South West What’s on Offer Competitive salary car allowance full package Join a well-respected, regionally focused contractor with strong repeat business Supportive senior leadership and a stable long-term career path Involvement in diverse and technically interesting projects Interested?
