SEND Administrator Education for Industry Group (EFI) Full-Time Fixed-term Contract until August 2026 FRA - Electra House, London – Moorgate, EC2M 6SE and LCBT - Fashion Street- London, E1 6PX About the role Join our dedicated Learning Progression team at the EFI as a SEND Administrator. This is a key role responsible for supporting students with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). You'll manage essential records, coordinate meetings and reviews, and ensure compliance with EHCPs, access arrangements, and safeguarding standards. This varied role includes liaising with parents, staff, and external agencies, overseeing Learning Support Assistant timetables, and maintaining accurate financial and data records. We’re looking for someone organised, detail-focused, and committed to inclusion, collaboration, and student success across the EFI Group. About you: Qualifications: A level passes or equivalent qualification. Experience: You will have a proven track record of operating in an administrative role in a comparable environment. Expertise: You will have a strong understanding of SEND and EHCP processes and legislation, including the SEND Code of Practice, with awareness of the specific challenges faced by students with SEND. Skills: You will have strong organisational and administrative skills, along with excellent written, verbal, and presentation abilities. Effective communication with professionals, parents, and staff is essential, as is the ability to build positive working relationships at all levels. Passion: You will be a personable, highly compassionate individual with an interest in learning progression and education.
