Accounts Administrator

Are you an experienced Accounts Administrator looking for a new job in the Filey area? What the Accounts Administrator job involves Creating and sending complex sales invoices to clients Ordering PPE and equipment for each project and charging back to the end client Checking contractor timesheets, expenses are correct and creating invoices to charge back to the client Agreeing contractor hours with the client to be worked and checking this is accurate Supporting a variety of different projects at any one time Supporting the wider finance team with any other accounts support Skills required Previous Accounts experience from within a Sales Ledger / Accounts Payable / General Accounts position Self-managed and able to work in a busy finance team A good attention to detail Excellent communication skills Previous use of Sage or similar accountancy packages Other information Full time Monday to Friday Car parking available Friendly and supportive working environment Easily accessible by car, bus or train.
