Job Title: Registered Manager Childrens services Location: Wisbech Salary: £50,000 ( OTE in first year £60,500) plus £5,000 welcome bonus Contract: Full Time, Permanent We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Registered Manager to lead an EBD Childrens Residential service based in Wisbech . Key Responsibilities: Oversee the daily running of the home, ensuring high standards of care and compliance. Lead and support a dedicated team to deliver person-centred care. Ensure the home meets all regulatory requirements, including Ofsted inspections. Promote a safe, nurturing, and positive environment for children and young people. Essential Requirements: Minimum of 3 years experience managing or deputising in a childrens residential setting. Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent). Solid understanding of Ofsted frameworks and inspection processes. Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
