Freelance Senior Site Manager – School Project (Liverpool) 8–12 Weeks | Immediate Start | £300 per day We Are Footprint are recruiting on behalf of one of our key clients for an experienced Freelance Senior Site Manager to oversee a school project in the Liverpool area . This is an 8–12 week contract , focused solely on external works , including hard and soft landscaping, drainage, and façade works. The ideal candidate will be confident managing a fast-paced site with minimal supervision and have experience working on similar education sector projects. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all external works on a live school site Manage subcontractors and on-site labour Ensure all health & safety standards are met Coordinate with clients, consultants, and the wider team Monitor progress and resolve any on-site issues efficiently Requirements: Valid CSCS Card SMSTS certification First Aid at Work Previous experience delivering external works on school or education projects Strong leadership and communication skills Location: Liverpool Duration: 8–12 weeks Day Rate: £300 This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected contractor and play a key role in delivering a well-organised project.
