To learn more, visit: wearehypercube.com Role Overview We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the successful execution of complex, high-value projects within Hypercube Consulting. This role requires a seasoned project management professional with experience in managing multiple projects, aligning business and customer objectives, and ensuring high-quality outcomes. As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and improving our project delivery approach, mentoring junior project managers, and driving strategic initiatives that enhance our operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Project Leadership: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple large-scale projects, ensuring they meet scope, timeline, and budget expectations. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project objectives and expectations. Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential risks and issues early, developing and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure project success. Financial Oversight: Monitor and manage project budgets, providing accurate cost and time estimates and ensuring financial efficiency. Process Improvement: Continuously improve project management methodologies, tools, and best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Resource Management: Ensure optimal allocation of resources across projects and collaborate with teams to maximize productivity. Team Leadership & Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior project managers, helping to build a strong project management capability within Hypercube. Performance Tracking: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for project success and report on project progress to senior leadership. Business Growth Support: Collaborate with the business development team to shape and secure new projects by providing insights and expertise. Essential Skills: Demonstrated experience in leading and managing complex projects in a technology-driven environment. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile frameworks. Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels. Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, balancing competing priorities effectively. Strong financial acumen, including experience managing project budgets and forecasting costs. Proven ability to mentor and develop junior project managers. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges. Desirable Skills: Experience within the energy sector or related industries. Background in data, AI, or analytics project delivery. Familiarity with project management tools such as Azure DevOps, JIRA, and MS Office. Experience supporting business development and proposal writing. Why Join Hypercube?
