Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Case Management Discipline: RN Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM On-Call: Not initially required, but may be added depending on business needs On-call rate: TBD by business demand Workload: 30 points per week (based on patient visits) Mileage Reimbursement: $0.45/mile Overtime: Possible, but must be pre-approved by the hiring manager Requirements Active RN license in the state of Maryland BLS/CPR Certification Valid Driver’s License and Car Insurance OASIS experience required Wound Care experience required HomeCare HomeBase (Point of Care) preferred, not required Ideal Candidate Traits Dedicated and professional Strong communication skills Timely and accurate documentation Completion Bonus starting at $500 DextroMedical Job ID BTSGJP00000457.
