This role is perfect for a nurse with strong Med-Surg/Tele experience who can confidently float to various units and adapt quickly to patient needs. Position Details: Location: Wilmington, NC Facility: Novant Health Contract Length: 13–26 weeks Shift: Nights | 3x12s | 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM Hours Guaranteed: 36 per week Start Date: [Insert or "ASAP"] Completion Bonus: $500 paid at end of contract Job Highlights: RN will float between Med-Surg and Telemetry units based on facility needs Patient ratios average 1:6 (flex based on unit acuity) Must be confident working independently and able to adapt to different unit cultures and procedures Facility requires previous traveler experience – first-time travelers will not be accepted Requirements: Active RN license (NC or Compact) BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA required) Minimum 3 years of recent Med-Surg/Tele experience Traveler experience required – no first-time travelers All RTO must be submitted at time of profile Compensation Package: Weekly Gross: $2,023.72 Weekly Tax-Free Stipend: $1,231.72 Weekly Taxable Wages: $792.00 $500 Completion Bonus paid at the end of the contract This is a great opportunity to work with a top-tier health system while enjoying the coastal charm of Wilmington.
