Job Description Job Description We are seeking Spanish-speaking LVNs to join our team! You will be responsible for delivering high quality care to a patient in Murrieta, CA for hourly shift care in the patient's home. The patient needs care at their home. Knowledge of drainage bags, G-tubes and tracheostomy care is preferred. Knowledge of mental disabilities is also a PLUS. Patience, kindness and a genuine attitude of compassionate care are a MUST. All shifts will be 8 hours in length. Mornings are available from 8AM-4PM and nights are available from 4PM-midnight. We are open to full time, part time, or as-needed for filling in assigned shifts. ​Responsibilities: Care for ill, injured, or convalescing patients Provide basic patient care and treatment Collaborate with registered nurses to administer prescribed medications Sterilize and prepare medical tools and equipment Educate and update patients on medical treatments ​ Qualifications: Previous experience in nursing or other medical fields Familiarity with medical tools and equipment Ability to build rapport with patients Compassionate and caring demeanor Excellent written and verbal communication skills Company Description Transition Care Telemetry, Inc. is a home health and hospice care provider with a commitment to delivering the highest quality care.
