Job Description Job Description Job description Job Summary Housekeeping Responsibilities Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting and polishing Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards Protect equipment and make sure there are no inadequacies Notify superiors on any damages, deficits and disturbances Deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience Check stocking levels of all consumables and replace when appropriate Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices Food Service Worker Responsibilities Prepare and serve food items according to established guidelines and standards. Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, kitchens, and food preparation spaces. Assist with the setup and breakdown of dining events or service stations. Ensure all food safety regulations are followed during preparation and serving processes. Conduct regular cleaning tasks including floor care and custodial duties to maintain a hygienic environment. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and high-quality food presentation. Respond promptly to guest inquiries or concerns regarding food service. Skills Strong hospitality skills with a focus on customer service excellence. Experience in floor care, housekeeping management, or industrial cleaning is preferred. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and sanitation practices. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with guests and team members. A proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness and organization within the work area.
