A recent professional profile photo is to accompany your application EMPLOYMENT TYPE : Permanent SECTOR : IT & Tech / Client Services BASIC SALARY : R12 000.00 R15 000.00 START DATE : A.S.A.P / Immediate REQUIREMENTS: 13 years of experience in a customer-facing, client support, or administrative role Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook Experience with Smartsheet is an advantage Strong organisational and time management skills Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality work Professional, courteous, and proactive in problem-solving DUTIES: Act as the primary point of contact for clients and customers Maintain ongoing communication with clients to provide updates and request information as needed Follow up on outstanding items and ensure deadlines are met Escalate issues appropriately and adhere to escalation protocols Track progress and provide regular status reports to management Perform ad hoc administrative tasks as required Maintain accurate records using internal systems, including Smartsheet (advantageous) Support process improvements and contribute to a collaborative team culture HOURS: Remote (With offices in Woodstock if required)
