Project Manager (Highrise Construction)

This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills who can manage complex project schedules, budgets, and documentation from preconstruction through to final delivery. What you will be doing • Oversee day-to-day construction operations and ensure alignment with control budgets and timelines • Coordinate with consultants, clients, and site teams to keep progress on track • Support the preconstruction phase including control budget preparation and trade onboarding • Manage project documentation such as RFIs, shop drawings, change orders, and site instructions • Ensure quality, safety, and contract compliance throughout the project lifecycle What we are looking for • 6 to 8 years of experience in construction, ideally with high-rise residential projects • A degree or diploma in civil engineering or a related discipline • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders • Experience with project management tools like Procore or SharePoint • A hands-on approach with a strong understanding of construction processes and documentation This role is based in Calgary.
