Project Manager – Curtain Wall & Glazing Rocky View County (intersection 560 & 201) 100% ON site role. Position Overview Responsible for managing and executing commercial glazing projects from start to finish. Lead all aspects of project delivery, including scope definition, resource allocation, budgeting, scheduling, and quality assurance. Coordinate with internal teams, clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely, on-budget, and high-quality project completion. Emphasize client satisfaction, risk management, safety, and continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle. Primary Tasks Create and execute project plans and construction schedules. Manage client relationships and deliver timely project updates. Monitor project costs and ensure financial targets are met. Coordinate materials, labor, and equipment logistics. Perform site visits to assess progress and address issues. Maintain and organize all relevant project documentation. Identify project risks and implement appropriate mitigation strategies. Work collaboratively with all parties to ensure successful project delivery. Qualifications Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field. Additional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), LEED, or Gold Seal Certification are considered strong assets. 5 years of experience managing commercial construction projects, including at least 2 years in glazing, curtain wall, or building envelope systems.
