?? IT Test Analyst - Legal Sector Location: London (Hybrid, min. 2 days/week onsite) Salary: Up to £55k Type: Permanent ?? Role Overview Join a global professional services firm as an experienced IT Test Analyst. You'll lead manual and automated testing across legal applications and systems, ensuring quality, stability, and performance. This is a hands-on role with scope to influence testing standards and support a major digital transformation programme. ?? Key Responsibilities Design and execute test plans (functional, integration, regression, UAT, performance) Identify, log, and manage defects Lead testing on projects and operational changes Collaborate with IT, vendors, and business teams Improve testing tools, processes, and documentation Support QA maturity and contribute to continuous improvement ?? Skills & Experience 3 years testing legal/professional services applications (e.g. iManage, Elite, Litera) Strong grasp of QA methodologies and test lifecycle ISTQB Foundation (Advanced a plus) Familiarity with TFS, Jira, ITIL environments Agile and Waterfall experience Excellent communication, organisation, and attention to detail Bonus: automation testing, business analysis, project coordination ??
