Project Manager – Design & Build Fit Out Contractor | Bristol Salary: Up to £100,000 Package Location: Bristol ️ Sector: Design & Build | Commercial Fit Out | CAT A / CAT B ️‍♂️ For my client – a leading, highly sought-after D&B contractor Are you an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record delivering high-value Design & Build fit out projects ? I’m recruiting on behalf of a well-established and highly respected D&B contractor that is looking to appoint a Project Manager to lead flagship schemes in and around Bristol . This is a rare opportunity to join a contractor known for its award-winning design approach, outstanding delivery, and a high level of repeat business across commercial, workplace, and office fit out environments. The Role As Project Manager, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of D&B fit out projects—typically CAT A / CAT B schemes ranging up to £20 million in value . You’ll lead from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring seamless coordination between clients, designers, and site delivery teams.
