The successful candidate will work 1:1 and with small groups to build trust, encourage positive behaviour, and help pupils engage in their learning. Key Responsibilities: Support students with behavioural and emotional needs Implement de-escalation strategies and restorative approaches Collaborate with teachers, SEND staff, and external professionals Monitor student progress and behaviour reports Requirements: Experience working with young people with SEMH or behavioural needs Resilient, calm under pressure, and able to build rapport quickly Background in education, youth work, or mentoring is desirable Why Join Us?
