As a Clerk of Works, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and compliance of construction work, helping to deliver safe and high-standard homes. Key Responsibilities: Regularly inspect construction sites to monitor progress and quality. Ensure all work complies with plans, specifications, and building regulations. Report any issues or deviations to the project manager or architect. Maintain detailed records of inspections and findings. Requirements: Proven experience in a similar role. Strong knowledge of building regulations and construction standards. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and reporting abilities.
