Customer Service Representative

Your role will continue to revolve around offering a first-class customer experience to contribute towards making NS&I the UK's most trusted savings provider. This role will see you helping to resolve customer queries on first contact while adhering to both industry standard compliance and regulations as well as the Sopra Steria values! We have opportunities available across our three sites of Durham, Glasgow and Lytham following a flexible working pattern. Please note there will be some requirement for weekend working.
