Recruitment Consultant

MEM Recruitment is looking for a Recruitment Consultant on -site in Felixstowe on a 4-month contract. Were after someone whos experienced, reliable, and knows how to manage their time effectively. What were looking for: Previous experience in recruitment or staffing A good understanding of the local job market (preferred) Someone dependable, well-organised, and proactive Able to manage time and workload confidently Great communication and people skills What youll be doing: Sourcing and placing candidates in suitable roles Building relationships with clients and candidates Managing job adverts, interviews, and compliance Supporting day-to-day operations If youve got recruitment experience and are ready to hit the ground running, wed love to speak with you.
