Operational Support Officer

Southern Housing are looking for a motivated and dedicated candidate to join our Operational Support department as an Operational Support Officer . Reporting to an Operational Support Team Manager, youll deliver high quality support services for our Operations and Customer Transactions Directorates. You will provide administrative support services that are customer centred and efficient and support our wider teams. The location This is a hybrid working role with an expectation of at least 3 days (subject to agreement with your manager after your training has been completed)within either our Farringdon or Sittingbourne office. It is a full-time, permanent position. What youll need A proven track record of delivering a successful customer-focussed service An excellent understanding of process Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong desire to support other teams and delivering a one team approach Good listener with the ability to effectively apply the knowledge gained Strong belief in customer satisfaction and business benefit driven solutions In your supporting statement, it is important that you address how you meet the above criteria providing examples.
