The Firm The firms dispute resolution team handles a full range of litigation matters, often large-scale, complex disputes. Typically these include; contract claims, professional negligence, regulatory breaches, fraud and asset tracing, shareholder claims, derivative actions and property disputes. The role will involve dealing with a range of disputes for the firms clients. The caseload is of good quality, dealing with complex matters.
