Assistant Estimator

We’re looking for a proactive and organised Assistant Estimator to join the friendly team at our Pilsley office near Chesterfield, Derbyshire About the Role: This full-time position will support our Directors with tender preparation, supplier enquiries, and general Contract administrative duties from our base in Pilsley (office based role) What You’ll Be Doing: Assisting with the preparation and submission of estimates and tenders for Landscape & Sportsfield projects Sourcing supplier and subcontractor quotations Managing and organising tender documentation Liaising with internal teams, clients, and suppliers Supporting general administrative tasks as needed What We’re Looking For: Previous commercial experience is essential Strong organisational and time-management skills Confidence using Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word) Good written and verbal communication skills Good numerical skills A keen eye for detail and willingness to learn What We Offer: A friendly, supportive working environment Immediate start available Competitive salary (£26,000 – £29,000 depending on experience) On-site parking Opportunity to grow within an established company
