Estimator Our client started as a construction company focusing on residential and commercial projects. Since then, they've grown to include in-house manufacturing of aluminium windows and doors, as well as property development, allowing them full control over projects from start to finish. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing detailed quotations for aluminium window and door systems using Logical software, while coordinating with clients, production teams, and installers to ensure accuracy, resolve technical issues, and support pre-construction activities. Estimator What's in it for you? Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm The role is fully office-based, although some flexibility can be discussed Salary is up to £45,000, depending on experience 28 days of holiday (includes bank holidays) Pension Estimator Key Responsibilities Prepare accurate and detailed quotations for aluminium window and door systems using Logical software Liaise with clients to clarify specifications and resolve any quotation-related queries Coordinate with the production team to ensure design accuracy and feasibility Identify and resolve design issues raised by tradespeople or installers Discuss technical concerns directly with clients and offer suitable alternatives or solutions Maintain thorough and up-to-date records of all quotes, revisions, and related correspondence Provide support to the sales and contracts teams during tender and pre-construction phases Estimator Role Requirements Proven experience estimating aluminium window, door, and glazing systems Proficiency in using Logical software for preparing detailed quotations Strong technical knowledge of aluminium fabrications and construction processes Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with clients, production teams, and installers Ability to identify and resolve design or specification issues accurately Strong organisational skills to maintain detailed and up-to-date records of quotes and correspondence Experience supporting sales and contracts teams during tender and pre-construction phases Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment *Please be aware this job description is a general overview and subject to change as per our clients' needs.
