As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in managing commercial and contractual aspects of major construction projects. Your responsibilities will include: Managing month-end WIP and journal returns Coordinating forecasts and providing monthly reporting data Reviewing early warning notifications and liaising with clients on compensation events Conducting cost analysis using SAP and Power BI Overseeing subcontractor management and change control processes Preparing payment applications and invoices Supporting project board reporting and commercial register updates We're seeking a Quantity Surveyor with: Experience on major construction projects Strong knowledge of NEC4 Option B contracts and NAECI agreements Familiarity with the Standard Method of Measurement Basic understanding of Primavera P6 A proactive approach to innovation and improving job margins Why Join?
