Workshop Skills Instructor Electrical Salary: £30,427 - £42,136 per annum pro rata (Grade 3 - 4) Full-time or part-time your choice! Full-time means 30 hours of delivery plus 7 hours to prep and plan. You dont need a teaching qualification to startjust real-world experience and a desire to make a difference. In this practical, workshop-based role, youll help learners build essential skills and confidence for their future careers. And if youre looking to progress , weve got you covered. Well fully support your development , including fully funded training to become a Lecturer. What You Will Do Deliver hands-on, practical sessions in our electrical workshops. Demonstrate trade skills and guide learner development. Maintain a safe, inclusive , and well-equipped environment. Work closely with teaching staff to track learner progress and contribute to curriculum planning. What You Will Bring Substantial experience in the electrical or wider construction trades. Level 2 qualification (or equivalent experience) in your trade. Strong practical skills and a passion for your craft. Good communication and people skills. A commitment to helping others succeed. A willingness to train and grow into a teaching role. Why This Role? No teaching qualification needed to start well support you to gain AET and TAQA Level 3.
