This practical, workshop-based role is a fantastic opportunity to step away from site work and use your skills to inspire and develop the next generation of electricians making a real impact where it matters most. What You Will Do Deliver hands-on, practical sessions in our electrical workshops. Demonstrate trade skills and guide learner development. Maintain a safe, inclusive , and well-equipped environment. Support learners to progress and prepare for work or further study. What You Will Bring Substantial experience in the electrical or wider construction trades. Level 2 qualification (or equivalent experience) in your trade. Strong practical skills and a passion for your craft. Good communication and people skills. A commitment to helping others succeed.
