Job Title: Electrician - Shutdown Project Location: Sunderland (Carbon Manufacturing Plant) Pay Rate: £27.00 per hour Duration: Friday 25th July - Saturday 10th August Hours: 10-hour days Company Overview: LRL are a leading provider of skilled labour solutions across the engineering and construction sectors. We are currently recruiting for experienced Electricians to join a short-term shutdown project at a Carbon Manufacturing Plant in Sunderland (please note: not the Battery Plant). Project Overview: This is a critical 2-week shutdown project, offering consistent hours and competitive pay. Ideal for electricians with a heavy industrial background and experience in control wiring. Key Duties Include: Control wiring installation Working with heavy-duty industrial electrical systems Ensuring safety and compliance on site Supporting the wider electrical team with shutdown operations Requirements: JIB Gold Card - Essential IPAF - Beneficial, but not required Proven experience working on industrial shutdowns or similar environments Ability to read technical drawings and wiring schematics Good understanding of safety protocols in a heavy industrial setting Why Join LRL?
