Who You Are As an Employee Services Assistant (Recruitment), you possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and can work efficiently in a busy environment. You have a strong attention to detail and are capable of prioritizing conflicting demands. Your flexible approach and ability to work independently with minimal supervision help you excel in roles that require a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality. Having an understanding of HR and payroll systems is advantageous, and a Welsh-speaking ability is considered desirable. What the Job Involves The role of an Employee Services Assistant (Recruitment) involves providing effective recruitment and selection support while ensuring high standards of customer service within the Employee Services Team. Key responsibilities include preparing recruitment data, supporting recruitment processes, monitoring progress, and maintaining HR/Payroll records. You will also provide assistance in developing standard operating procedures and engage in various support activities while fostering excellent working relationships through effective communication and timely advice. This initially contractual role offers a hybrid working environment with some in-office training required. Skills NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Business Administration Ability to prioritize and manage conflicting demands Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent ICT skills Ability to produce timely and accurate work Confident and diplomatic communication skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion Understanding of customer care principles Experience in HR/Payroll processes (desirable) Welsh-speaking skills (desirable)
