*Internal Applicants Only* Location: Cumbria House, Carlisle Salary: £25,989 per annum Hours: 37 hours per week Contract: Permanent About this opportunity Cumberland Council is looking for a Client Affairs Clerk to join our dedicated Client Affairs Team. In this vital role, you'll provide administrative and clerical support to help manage the financial affairs of adults under the care of the Court of Protection and Department for Work and Pensions. From completing benefit forms and maintaining records to liaising with families and professionals, your work will directly contribute to the wellbeing of some of our most vulnerable residents. We're looking for someone with strong communication skills, a good grasp of IT systems, and a basic understanding of financial and administrative procedures. If you're a team player who can also work independently, and you're ready to make a meaningful difference in your community, we'd love to hear from you. This role is available on a permanent basis.
