Customer Care Agent - London Gatwick Airport In partnership with Wilson James & The Best Connection - Aviation Are you passionate about helping others and ready to be a friendly, reliable face for travellers? We're hiring Customer Care Agents to join the Wilson James team at London Gatwick Airport, in partnership with The Best Connection - Aviation. This is your chance to support passengers, deliver exceptional customer service, and gain valuable airport experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Job Details: Position : Customer Care Agent Location : London Gatwick Airport Pay Rate : £14.01 per hour Contract : Temporary - approx. 2 months Start Date : August / September Shifts : 6-hour shifts: 06:00-13:00 or 13:00-20:00 Schedule : 3 days per week - day shifts only Weekly Pay : Paid every Friday Overtime : Available Flexible availability required Key Responsibilities: Provide professional and friendly customer service at all times Escort special assistance passengers throughout the airport (on foot, by wheelchair, or buggy) Assist with passenger luggage when needed Perform safety and maintenance checks on mobility equipment Communicate effectively using IT handsets and radios Complete documentation accurately and on time Support your team and assist with additional tasks as required What We're Looking For: A positive attitude and strong work ethic Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and stay calm under pressure A full UK driving licence - required Previous airport experience - helpful, but not essential Multilingual candidates are highly desirable!
