Senior MEP Project Manager – Aviation Sector Contract – Outside IR35 Location: Essex We are seeking a Senior MEP Project Manager to lead a major aviation project on behalf of a respected contractor. This is a contract opportunity outside of IR35 , ideal for an experienced professional who has successfully delivered substantial MEP packages within complex aviation environments. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the full lifecycle of MEP delivery on a high-profile aviation project Coordinate design, procurement, installation, and commissioning phases across mechanical, electrical, and public health disciplines Drive programme performance, commercial accountability, and compliance with safety and quality standards Collaborate with key stakeholders including airport authorities, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams Requirements: Proven experience as a Senior MEP Project Manager on major UK aviation projects (e.g., airports, terminals, infrastructure upgrades) Strong understanding of building services in regulated environments Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Available for an immediate or short-notice start This is a standout opportunity for a contract project manager who thrives in technically complex, fast-paced settings.
