Senior Employment Solicitor (5 PQE) Location: Northamptonshire Salary: Competitive, with a full benefits package Firm: Legal 500-ranked A well-regarded Legal 500 firm in Northamptonshire is looking to recruit a Senior Employment Solicitor with at least 5 years’ post-qualification experience. This role offers the opportunity to handle a broad caseload of both contentious and non-contentious employment work , acting for both claimants and respondents The Role You’ll join an experienced and supportive Employment team, advising clients on a full range of employment issues, including: Disciplinary and grievance matters Discrimination and unfair dismissal claims Employment Tribunal representation TUPE and redundancy advice Drafting contracts, policies, and settlement agreements Supporting employer clients with day-to-day HR legal issues Advising on employment aspects of corporate transactions The caseload is varied and includes work with businesses, individuals, and third sector clients About You 5 years’ PQE with a solid grounding in employment law Experience advising both employers and employees Comfortable managing your own caseload with minimal supervision Clear, confident communicator with strong drafting and analytical skills Able to contribute to business development and client relationship management The Firm Offers Competitive salary dependent on experience A comprehensive benefits package including pension, healthcare, and bonus scheme Hybrid and flexible working arrangements A collegiate team culture with an emphasis on quality work and professional development Good long-term career prospects within a stable, growing team This is a strong opportunity for a Solicitor or Legal Executive looking to take on a broad employment law role within a well-structured and supportive firm!
