Support Analyst

Role : Support Integration Analyst Location: London (hybrid) Salary: Competitive Bonus Benefits We’re hiring a Technical Support & Integration Analyst to join a growing internal projects team at a leading technology-driven company operating in a high-complexity environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on problem-solving, can juggle multiple priorities, and enjoys working across tech and business teams to deliver smooth application and infrastructure deployments. You’ll support systems integration projects, manage technical migrations, and help ensure key tools and platforms are delivered with minimal disruption and maximum impact. What You’ll Do: Coordinate the rollout of internal tools, systems upgrades, and technical migrations. Lead workstreams that involve moving users from older platforms onto modern solutions. Act as the main point of contact between infrastructure, software, and business-facing teams. Keep stakeholders informed through clear, consistent updates and documentation. Use scripts and lightweight automation to help track and monitor delivery progress. The ideal candidate will have experience with: 5 years of relevant experience in a technical support, deployment, or systems coordination role. Experience working with Linux and writing scripts using Bash , Python , or similar. Experience with SQL to query data for reporting or validation. You know how to manage competing priorities and communicate clearly across teams. Familiar with tools like JIRA , Confluence , or other project tracking systems. You have a good grasp of infrastructure and software lifecycles, and how systems work together in a complex environment. Nice to have: Exposure to dashboards and reporting tools like Grafana , Tableau , or similar.
