Job Title: Senior Technical Designer Location: Holborn – HQ / Flexible home working x2 days a week (Wednesday & Friday) Type: Full-Time, Permanent Salary: £65,000 Benefits (bonus, healthcare, pension, holiday, home working etc) About Us We’re a fast-growing, design-led Workplace Design & Build (D&B) Studio that’s redefining the modern office. With a strong pipeline of exciting projects and an expanding client base, we're looking for a Senior Technical Designer to join our dynamic team. The Role As a Senior Technical Designer, you’ll play a key role in the delivery of cutting-edge workplace fit-out projects from concept to completion. You’ll work closely with our design and project teams to produce detailed technical drawing packages using Revit, solve complex design challenges, and ensure our high standards of quality and innovation are upheld on every job. Being involved in projects from inception to site completion. Key Responsibilities Lead the development of technical drawing packages in Revit across multiple workplace fit-out projects Collaborate with design leads, PMs, and contractors to ensure accurate and buildable solutions Review and coordinate consultant and subcontractor drawings Manage drawing issue schedules and ensure project milestones are met Attend site meetings and support design development through to handover Mentor junior designers and contribute to process improvements What We’re Looking For 5 years' experience in a technical design role within a D&B or commercial workplace environment Proficiency in Revit is essential Strong technical detailing skills with a deep understanding of workplace construction methods Confident communicator with experience working on site and coordinating with consultants Ambitious, proactive, and looking for a real opportunity to grow and take ownership A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Why Join Us?
