Job Description Job Description Leasing Agent (Spanish bilingual) Job Summary: As a Leasing Agent, you’ll play a vital role in helping prospective tenants find the perfect place to call home. You will be responsible for managing property showings, guiding applicants through the leasing process, and ensuring high occupancy rates by meeting leasing goals. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, a keen understanding of the rental market, and strong organizational abilities. Greet and assist prospective tenants, providing property tours and answering questions Showcase available properties Conduct tenant screenings, including background checks and references Guide applicants through the leasing application process Follow up with prospective tenants to maintain interest and close leases Build and maintain positive relationships with current and prospective tenants Complete lease agreements and handle necessary paperwork Coordinate with the property management team to ensure smooth move-ins and move-outs Stay updated on local rental market trends and pricing Provide administrative support and manage leasing documents Job Summary: As a Leasing Agent, you’ll play a vital role in helping prospective tenants find the perfect place to call home. You will be responsible for managing property showings, guiding applicants through the leasing process, and ensuring high occupancy rates by meeting leasing goals. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, a keen understanding of the rental market, and strong organizational abilities. $40,000 to $50,000 year plus leasing bonus.
