Job Description Job Description This successful Chicago based Law Firm, is currently looking to hire several "Of Counsel", Experienced bilingual (English/Spanish) Family Based Immigration Attorneys to assist us with our National platform. If you have family based Immigration experience and are courtroom savvy, please read on. We are an upwardly mobile National firm, that can offer a lucrative second income vein by working your own caseload (approximately 25 hours a week) while you still maintain your solo practitioner status. We are seeking attorneys that are not only bilingual (English/Spanish) but have EOIR court experience and are willing to attend courtroom trials as needed in your local jurisdiction. We are in need of a reliable and dedicated candidate, one that is willing to partner with our National Immigration team remotely. We are seeking someone that has a willingness to practice family based immigration and appear in court while working on an "Of Counsel" basis. Only serious candidates need apply. Job Summary: This position requires a self-starter with the desire and discipline to work remotely. You will find that this will not only be challenging work, but rewarding, as you assist your client(s) while you assist you clients with their legal needs. As a remote Immigration Attorney, you will have regular contact with your clients and be able to communicate promptly at all times. As a remote Immigration Attorney, you will manage case files in an effective and organized manner demonstrating productivity and efficiency. The ideal candidate with be a Licensed Attorney with Family Immigration and courtroom experience Experience Microsoft Office, Outlook and "home office" technology is required. Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish required. Education and Other Requirements: JD from an accredited Law School 2-3 years of Immigration experience Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Effective communication skills You must possess the ability to handle a high-volume caseload Demonstrated attention to detail Responsible, reliable and self-starting Must be EOIR registered
