We are looking for a motivated and skilled Technical Project Manager to support our Operation Team in the Photovoltaic Projects assigned. Key Accountabilities: Responsible for managing the project assigned to him. Management of the entire project life cycle, from the post-signing phase of the contract to the complete closure with the final testing of the system Responsibile to be the contact person between the client company and the subcontracting companies that provide labor Management of the selection of suppliers and subcontractors, paying particular attention to complying with the estimated costs (and, if possible, improving those costs) in order to maximize the margins of the contract Management of problematic situations on the construction site, ensuring that the work is carried out to a high standard by scheduling technical site visits followed by a detailed report. Planning the delivery of materials to the site, coordinating with external suppliers, and adhering to the delivery timelines of the goods as per the schedule, coordinating and managing the activities of his collaborators. Experience and Qualifications: Diploma or Degree in Technical field (Electrical or Mechanical) Passion and strong motivation Previous experience of at least 3 years in similar roles Flexibility and adaptability to construction site activity dynamics Predisposition to independently find solutions Availability to travel and to business trips Ability to work in teams Use of Autocad / Excel / Word Knowledge of safety regulations (Legislative Decree 81/08) We want an energy transition for everyone from everyone!
