Responsibilities Monitor and coordinate outbound sea shipments for customers, in line with (CS)SOPs, GWs, and industry policies and procedures, to ensure customer satisfaction. Anticipate and proactively monitor outgoing shipments Select the appropriate carrier, negotiate rates, and coordinate shipments Communicate with the carrier to confirm shipment arrival and release Coordinate customs clearance and customer delivery Manage customer contact and align their needs with the services offered Organize the collection and delivery of shipping documents Requirements Ability to work as part of a team Proactive Flexibility Customer focus Good communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office
