Site Engineer - Quality (MEP/Civils)

KEY REQUIREMENTS TO MEET FOR CONSIDERATION: You will have a tertiary qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, coupled with 5 years experience in QA/QC, on medium to mega construction sites and a ECSA registration You will have a proven track record in pre-construction planning, estimations, scope reviews and inspection plans, as well as coordinating and taking responsibility for all site permits. You will have experience in monitoring MEP site activities, to ensure compliance, as well as conduct inspections of materials and workmanship to ensure HSE and QA/QC specifications are met and risk mitigated, as well as coordinate with subcontractors and maintain data books and reports Knowledge of ISO 9001/45001 is highly advantageous Sound experience in HSE, quality and risk management is critical You must have a valid drivers licence, own car and a clear criminal and credit record Please note that should you not be currently resident in the region and area advertised but still wish to apply, the cost of travel for interviews and relocation will be for your expense.
