Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Bookkeeping & Accounting: Maintain financial records, process transactions, and ensure accurate reporting. Assist with the financial aspects of bid submissions and documentation. Oversee invoicing, payment tracking, and project financial administration. Ensure adherence to industry standards and assist with audit preparation. Manage cash flow, expense tracking, and financial documentation. Ideal Candidate Profile: A Diploma in Accounting or Bookkeeping . Minimum of 3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role. Industry background is open, though exposure to engineering, construction, or consulting will be an advantage. Strong computer literacy and familiarity with financial software. Independent worker capable of managing tasks remotely, as the majority of the team is based in Johannesburg.
