Contract Manager Location: Cornwall/Devon-based – Covering the South West Region (flexible base with regular travel) Salary: Up to £45,000 depending on experience Contract Type: Permanent Working Hours: 40 hours per week – flexible start/finish times available About the Role Are you an experienced Contract Manager within the soft landscaping or grounds maintenance sector, looking for a new opportunity that offers career progression, a supportive team environment, and the chance to work on stable, high-profile projects? We are seeking a dedicated Contract Manager to oversee operations across several key contracts in the South West. In this role, you’ll manage day-to-day contract performance, ensure delivery of service objectives, maintain strong client relationships, lead teams effectively, ensure compliance with health and safety standards, and manage financial outcomes. Key Responsibilities Oversee and ensure high-quality delivery of soft landscaping and grounds maintenance services Foster strong client relationships and act as the main point of contact for contract-related queries Manage and support operational teams to ensure efficiency and engagement Ensure all activities meet health, safety, and environmental regulations Monitor and report on financial performance, ensuring contracts remain profitable and cost-effective Requirements Proven experience in a management role within landscaping, grounds maintenance, or construction Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage complex situations Financial awareness, with the ability to manage budgets and allocate resources efficiently Full, clean UK driving licence Why Join?
