Construction Programme Manager – Associate (London, Hybrid 3 DAYS ON SITE REQUIRED) £700–£800/day | 6-month contract | Global Consulting Firm Robert Half is hiring for an experienced Construction Programme Manager to join a leading global consulting firm as an interim Associate . This critical role will lead a £10–15 million redevelopment programme in London , with £8 million focused on construction delivery . Assignment Overview Location: London (3 days/week on-site) Duration: Initial 6 months (extension likely) Day Rate: £700–£800/day (depending on experience) Start: ASAP (subject to onboarding checks) What You’ll Be Doing Programme Oversight: Leading multiple project streams and ensuring alignment with business readiness and cultural change objectives. Construction Expertise: Managing the full construction lifecycle and engaging directly with contractors to ensure timely, high-quality delivery. Stakeholder Management: Collaborating with senior stakeholders, HR teams, and delivery partners across a complex transformation landscape. Project Coordination: Ensuring robust planning and execution across technical, operational, and people workstreams. What We're Looking For Proven experience delivering high-value (£8m) construction-led programmes . Strong grasp of construction lifecycle, feasibility through to defects period. Experience managing redevelopment or capital works programmes within complex stakeholder environments. Confidence engaging with senior leaders, HR, and third-party suppliers. Note: Associates will be required to complete standard financial and criminal background checks (can take up to 2 weeks).
