Were looking for a Working Scaffold Supervisor to manage and support 23 scaffolding gangs on a secure site in Royston, Hertfordshire. This is a hands-on role where your leadership, expertise, and professionalism will play a key part in the successful delivery of projects. About the Scaffold Supervisor Role: Youll supervise and actively participate in scaffolding operations, working closely with office staff and other site teams. This is a single-site, long-term opportunity offering stability and the chance to work in a well-supported, professional environment. Whats in it for You? Annual salary of £55,000 - £60,000 depending on experience Permanent position long-term work on a secure site PAYE or CIS options available 28 days holiday (including bank holidays) On-site parking Workplace pension scheme Key Responsibilities of the Scaffold Supervisor: Oversee all scaffolding activity on-site and ensure compliance with health and safety standards Coordinate with site managers, project managers, and scaffolders to meet project timelines Conduct safety briefings and toolbox talks Regularly inspect scaffolding for safety and accuracy Manage workforce scheduling and timekeeping Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and on-site teams Read and interpret scaffold drawings confidently What Were Looking For CISRS Scaffolder Card Essential CISRS Advanced Scaffolder Preferable First Aid at Work or Emergency First Aid at Work Desirable Minimum 5 years experience in scaffolding Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills Calm, patient and structured approach to team management Ready to build your future?
