Job Description

Job Title: Compliance Manager Location: Hybrid - London Remuneration: £57.21 per hour Contract Details: Temporary, 6 months Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and lead ethics and compliance initiatives, focusing on driving adherence to the Code of Conduct, Anti-Corruption Policy, and related compliance policies. Conduct outreach regarding ethics and compliance matters with regional stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact between Compliance and regional leadership. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to provide ethics and compliance advice and support tailored to business needs. Structure, plan, and conduct both ad-hoc and regular risk assessments at regional, country, and programmatic levels, concentrating on ethics and compliance-related risks. Utilise regional insights and subject matter expertise to enhance the global compliance programme and foster an ethical culture. Monitor business activities and recommend effective issue-specific and programmatic preventive and corrective actions to mitigate risks while advancing the organisation’s goals legally and ethically. Design and execute ethics and compliance training and communication initiatives aimed at educating and engaging employees and high-risk third parties. Analyse third-party engagements for potential ethical and compliance risks. Oversee anti-corruption due diligence, monitoring of higher-risk third parties, and advise on relevant mitigation measures. Review compliance approval requests, focusing on resolution or escalation, particularly concerning anti-corruption risks.
