Job Title: SHEQ Coordinator (Junior–Mid-Level) Location: UK-wide Salary: £30,000–£35,000 plus benefits Department: Health & Safety About the role: We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated SHEQ Coordinator to join a growing team. This junior to mid-level role is ideal for someone early in their health & safety career, who’s eager to learn and grow in a hands-on, site-based environment. The company has a reputation for delivering fast-paced, high-quality retail and solar projects across the UK. You’ll work closely with Project Managers and site teams on a range of construction and retail fit-out projects including reconfigurations, refurbishments, and Solar PV installations for clients like Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Pets at Home and many more. You’ll be joining a small, supportive Health & Safety team, reporting to the H&S Manager, shadowing senior H&S advisors and external auditors during onboarding, working closely with Project Managers and Site Managers. Our team culture is collaborative and coaching-led, perfect for someone developing in their career, as this role is strongly site based, you must attend head office in Castleford at least once a month.
