Key Responsibilities: Manage a varied caseload of residential property matters, including sales, purchases, transfers of equity, new builds, equity release, shared ownership, and re-mortgages. Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents and contracts relating to residential conveyancing. Handle more complex transactions such as transfers of part, overage agreements, option agreements, rural property matters, newly drafted leases, deeds of easement, and transactions involving trusts. Provide a tailored, premium service to high-net-worth clients and oversee high-value property matters. Supervise and support paralegals to ensure a cohesive, efficient team environment. Maintain strict compliance with all regulatory and legal standards.
