Water Damage Technician

Job Description Job Description We are looking for a water damage technician to join our team! This will be necessary to identify areas in a home affected by water damage, setting up and taking down the necessary equipment to facilitate the dry-out, taking photos and sketching the affected areas, and communicating with the homeowner as well as our estimator/job coordinators. Experience as a tech is a plus but we can train as well Being bi-lingual (English & Spanish) is a plus Competitive pay and a commission structure is based on experience Requirements: Must be able to effectively communicate with homeowners and our team (estimator/job coordinators, demo and contents crew) Must be able to handle a physical workload Must have a clean driving record Must be willing to submit to a background check Must be willing to be on call as well as work overtime and weekends Must be willing to drive to jobs all over Orange County and South LA County Must be able to input data into our softwares Must speak fluent English Qualifications: Previous experience as a water damage technician Clean record Ability to handle physical workload WRT Certification
